At Haleyra, every order ships from our U.S. warehouse so it reaches you fast. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or international destinations at this time.

Free Shipping

All orders ship FREE within the United States. No minimum order is required.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a business day usually ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping (Free): 3–6 business days after shipment.
• Total estimated time from order to delivery: 4–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us right away if you spot a mistake — we can usually fix it before the order ships.
